**Position**: Head of Customer Support
**Schedule** : Full time, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)
**Salary**: $1500-$2500/month

**Scope of Work**:

- Process Orders in Niko Health (DME Software)
- Find eFax
- Type in demographics and insurance information
- Find the correct inventory in our catalog and schedule a delivery
- Bill/Confirm Order
- Call Patients for reorders and ask if they need their resupply for the month
- If yes, schedule delivery
- Any questions from patients can be transferred to our main office.
- Call customers to check on refill status
- Post checks to update balances
- Taking care of re-orders
- Monitor daily customer service inquiries and offer top-notch support
- Determine the quickest and most effective ways to answer customer’s questions
- Escalate queries and concerns, and work with the respective team members to
- find appropriate solutions
- Tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in the customer service industry
- Previous experience doing medical customer service / billing
- Knowledge of using any insurance portals
- Previous experience in a Senior/Managerial role in customer service, managing a
customer service team
- Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently with
mínimal supervision
- A natural problem solver with high level of attention to detail and accuracy

**Preferred/Nice to Have**:

- Experience in using EHR systems is a bonus
