**What We'll Bring**:
We are looking to bring an Accounts Payable lead in our Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS) Center in TransUnion’s Global Capability Center based in Costa Rica to oversee the work executed by the P2P Processing Analysts.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Finance/accounting/business related degree and 4+ years of industry experience
- Strong Oracle and Coupa knowledge and experience
- Strong End to End AP knowledge including the Procure to Pay process
- Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness
- Possess high attention to details and analytical skilled
- Ability to determine work priorities to meet schedules and deadlines of the work
- Ability to recommend solutions for Invoice Processing including process gaps and understanding of internal controls
- Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions in day-to
- day responsibilities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint, and Word
- Possess leadership skills to motivate and guide team
- Comfortable in a fast pace and ability to drive continuous process improvements
- Ability to perform resource planning and utilization in consultation with the Manager
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent bi-lingual (English and Spanish) written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese desired)

**Impact You'll Make**:
Key accountabilities include:

- Provide guidance & expertise to the Accounts Payables Analysts to enable them to provide accurate and timely support to the different processes managed across the department
- Oversee the completion of the work as per the deadlines for team members. Ensure that all the transactions are efficiently processed and paid on time
- Review team members’ work for completeness and accuracy
- Support team members withissues and escalations
- Responsible to explain process instructions to others
- Ensure proper training to other team members including Accounts Payable (AP) policies
- Identify and propose continuous process improvements to enhance services delivery

**Key Activities**
- Responsible to review, edit, process and reconcile a wide variety of accounting documents such as invoices, vendor statements, internal memos in a timely and accurate manner including appropriate GL coding treatment
- Ensure authenticity of approvals in accordance with policies and guidelines
- Identify any anomaly, deviation or exception and resolve
- Maintain daily reports on operational performance for team and provide to AP Manager
- Facilitate resolution of invoices and expense reports with discrepancies by working with internal customers or vendors
- Reviews work of team members for quality and process standards
- Assists others in resolving the issues/queries
- Supplies performance input on team members to Center AP Manager
- Analyzes current processes and procedures to ensure best practices are implemented
- Supports other projects and ad hoc assignments as required by AP Managers and/or AP GPO
