Somos una empresa joven con más de 20 marcas y 300 personas alrededor de LATAM (con foco en Brasil, México, Chile, Colombia, Argentina y Perú) y USA. La "Misión Merama" es convertirse en el mejor y más grande grupo de marcas en línea de América Latina. **Sobre el equipo**:
El equipo es responsable del crecimiento del canal Mercado Libre para nuestras marcas, mediante el desarrollo y gestión activa de proyectos. Nuestro equipo está compuesto por múltiples especialistas (Marketing, CX, Operaciones, Catálogo, entre otros) que ayudan a optimizar el rendimiento del canal, sacar los mejores resultados y desarrollar planes de negocios de mediano/largo plazo dentro de los mercados.

Creamos metodologías de trabajo para identificar oportunidades y ejecutar proyectos de mejora contínua que optimicen el desarrollo y desempeño de nuestras marcas socias dentro de la plataforma Mercado Libre mediante el análisis exhaustivo de datos y KPIs de rendimiento.

**Sobre el cargo**:
Si eres un apasionado y vibras con el comercio electrónico, tienes conocimientos sobre el ecosistema de Marketplaces, tienes excelentes habilidades analíticas, de negociación y de comunicación, entiendes el día a día de los vendedores, te comprometes a diagnosticar y resolver problemas, además desarrollar planes de acción y buscar oportunidades de negocio, entonces eres lo que buscamos

**Buscamos a alguien con las siguientes habilidades**:

- Más de 1 año de experiência laboral en área comercial/venta, ecommerce. Deseable experiência y conocimiento en Marketplaces.
- Habilidades interpersonales y de trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad de autogestión del tiempo y priorización según variables importancia y urgencia.
- Capacidad de crear una estrategia comercial basada en análisis de datos y en supuestos.
- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos.
- Perfíl Analítico; comprensión de datos y KPIs específicos para detectar oportunidades y traducir hallazgos en accionables.

**Requisito Obligatorio**:

- Excel avanzado
- Idioma inglés intermedio-avanzado
