**A Day in the Life **:Medtronic is among the largest medical technology companies in the world. This Associate Customer Specialist role is for someone analytical, has strong attention to detail, is highly organized, collaborative, and enjoys project work. The HCP/HCO Services environment is a dynamic, evolving environment interfacing with a variety of customer types across Medtronic. This is a Remote role based in Colombia.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process
- Monitor program/project/system status, budgets, and timetables
- Gather and compile information for reports
- Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
- One year of experience working with payment processing, data entry, customer service or payable accountants
- Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Knowledge of SAP or U.S. Sunshine Act is advantageous
