We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Lead Coordinator for a nonprofit organization
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management, fundraising events, and construction management
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and efficiency
- Skilled in human service delivery system development coordination and management
- Experience setting up initial systems, monitoring them, and developing them further, including volunteer and staff management
- Proficient in managing volunteer teams and various other projects
- Highly organized, responsive, and productive
- Ability to work independently with a positive team work attitude
- Willingness to accept executive-level leadership and direction

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including project management, fundraising events, construction, and staff management
- Develop and coordinate human service delivery systems, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Set up initial systems, monitor their performance, and develop them further to meet organizational needs
- Manage volunteer teams and provide support and guidance to volunteers and staff
- Collaborate with executive-level leadership to ensure projects align with organizational goals and objectives
- Maintain organization and efficiency throughout all projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are utilized effectively
- Foster a positive team work environment, encouraging collaboration and communication among team members
- Handle various other projects and tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization
