We are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly motivated **Placement Coordinator**, a detail-oriented professional versed in the intricacies of process coordination and alignment within staffing solutions. This role is central to ensuring that the placement department consistently meets and exceeds customer staffing needs by analyzing, improving, evolving, and supervising the different customer's requests. The Placement Coordinator ensures compliance with deadlines and maintains constant, clear, and effective communication with other departments.
**Your Duties as a Lean Tech Warrior**:
- Foster new opportunities and better relationships with our clients.
- Leave notes and comments on our different platforms, allowing us to track the status of different processes.
- Schedule interviews with the client according to the time slots available suggested by the client.
- Must request feedback and provide updates on processes when necessary through established communication channels and based on timelines agreed upon by teams.
- Must seamlessly resolve issues with clients to protect strategic ties with them.
- Must interact with clients to understand their requirements.
- Attend activities, meetings, and events coordinated by their team and/or by the company, in which their participation is required.
- Attend meetings or events organized by project leaders, clients, or external entities that require their participation.
- Maintain constant communication with colleagues and project leaders.
- Attend in-person or virtually to meetings, trainings, and activities scheduled by the company, that contribute to the performance of their duties and their professional development.
- Participate when necessary in the on-site visit made by a client or meeting requested by the Account Manager, or their direct leader.
**Why We’ll Love You**:
- English communication skills (B2 - C1) required.
- 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success management, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with software development terminology and ability to communicate at a basic technical level (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, QA, etc.) preferred.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in data collection, management, and analysis.
- Professional certifications related to project management are a plus.
- Advanced knowledge in specific staffing industries or sectors.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Skilled in problem analysis and solving.
- Determined and customer service oriented.
- Able to work collaboratively and foster a team environment.
