GROWTH PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST
As a key member of the marketing team, its primary goal is to drive business growth through targeted marketing efforts.
Growth Performance Specialist Responsibilities:
**Growth Strategy**
- Defining and executing our overall demand generation strategy.
- Launch campaigns for the loan products and build the AARRR framework for each one.
- Architecting and maintaining our current and new marketing automation tools.
- Conduct thorough research on competitors' strategies, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Use insights to develop strategies that differentiate your company and capitalize on market gaps.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, segment audiences, and deliver personalized content at various stages of the customer journey.
- Implement agile methodologies to quickly iterate and adapt growth strategies based on real-time data and market feedback.
- Utilize predictive analytics tools to forecast future trends, customer behaviors, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can drive growth.
**Digital Campaigns**
- Set measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and track their performance.
- Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and technical teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize digital campaigns for improved conversion rates.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the company's online brand presence and reputation through digital channels.
- Request and check the production of content, lead magnets, landing pages, and campaign ad materials.
- Build monthly and/or on-demand forecasts and budget allocations for each type of campaign for internal clients.
- Constantly monitor, scale, and optimize the performance of all campaigns to generate cost-efficient and timely optimization actions to meet forecasted goals.
**SEO**
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve the company's organic search engine rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant, high-performing keywords and incorporate them into website content, meta tags, and other SEO elements.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and track the impact of SEO efforts.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and other online assets to enhance user experience and support SEO objectives.
- Configure and optimize SEO off-page/on-page/link building/backlinks on all digital assets. Perform periodic audits with Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Trends, PageSpeed, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Ubersuggest, etc.
- Configure SEO content (meta descriptions, titles, tags, and keywords) and optimize web assets (CTAs, content per page, anchor text, etc.). Monitor and adapt the mobile (responsive) and desktop versions.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and website copy.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the company's SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website content for improved conversion rates
- Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues on the website and work with the IT team to implement necessary fixes.
**Reporting**
- Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of SEO efforts and digital campaigns to stakeholders and management.
- Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Strategically and consistently design analytical reports for each campaign and supervise their configuration and updating in Power BI or Data Studio. Build qualitative analysis and improvement scenarios for the campaigns.
- Ensure profitability for each client by identifying, measuring, and tracking conversion metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPL, ROAS, conversion over sales, among others.

**Innovation**
- Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
- Identify, analyze, test, and evaluate new channels, media, ad formats, and optimization tools for marketing guidelines based on industry trends, the digital universe, and brand behavior.
- Leverage industry planning tools, data, market understanding and a relentless focus on the consumer to conduct audience identification analysis and scenario planning.
- Seek ways to understand the needs of customers and digital users.
**Others**
- Manage requests and deliver deliverables within the indicated deadlines, without setbacks.
- Client communication and management.
