Buscamos un **Analista de Ventas **apasionado por los datos y las estrategias comerciales para apoyar el crecimiento y la optimización de nuestras operaciones de ventas. - Analizarás el desempeño de las ventas, identificando tendencias y oportunidades de mejora.
- Elaborarás informes periódicos y presentaciones sobre los resultados comerciales.
- Colaborarás con los equipos de ventas y marketing para diseñar estrategias más efectivas.
- Realizarás estudios de mercado para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Contribuirás a la optimización de presupuestos y metas de ventas.
**Quien eres**:
El **Analista de Ventas **es un profesional clave dentro del equipo comercial de la empresa, encargado de analizar, interpretar y transformar datos de ventas en información estratégica para apoyar la toma de decisiones y optimizar el rendimiento comercial. Este rol requiere habilidades analíticas, capacidad de trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información y una visión orientada a resultados, así como una fuerte colaboración con otros departamentos.
**Habilidades y Competencias**:
- **Análisis de datos**:Capacidad para analizar grandes volúmenes de información de ventas, identificar tendencias y patrones, y presentar insights que permitan tomar decisiones informadas.
- **Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas**:Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel, Power ) para generar reportes detallados y visualizaciones efectivas.
- **Orientación a resultados**:Habilidad para enfocar los esfuerzos en mejorar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) y alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
- **Comunicación efectiva**:Capacidad para presentar informes claros y concisos tanto a equipos internos como a directivos, con la habilidad para interpretar los datos de manera comprensible.
- **Visión estratégica**:Comprensión del mercado, la competencia y las tendencias del consumidor para identificar oportunidades y apoyar la implementación de estrategias comerciales efectivas.
- **Capacidad para trabajar en equipo**:Colaboración estrecha con los equipos de ventas, marketing y otros departamentos para alinear estrategias y mejorar el rendimiento comercial.
- Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Administrativa, Administrador de Empresas, Ingeniería en Calidad, Administración de costos, afines con la administración.
