Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Sales Support Analyst

**Principales funciones**:

- Gestionar las cotizaciones y reservas de manera efectiva de todos los ejecutivos de ventas de la compañía
- Realizar seguimiento constante de las cotizaciones realizadas individualmente y del equipo
- Asesoramiento y atención Offline, presencial y telefónica con la fuerza de ventas
- Cumplir con los objetivos comerciales y Kpi´s tanto individualmente como del área
- Manejar herramientas de cotización y reservas Online para asegurar la rapidez y entrega oportuna de la información
- Comunicación directa con los operadores turísticos y ejecutivos de ventas de la compañía
- Entender las necesidades de los ejecutivos de ventas
- Respetar las políticas y procedimientos operativos establecidos por la compañía.
- Cumplir con el protocolo de atención de acuerdo con el canal asignado respetando los lineamientos establecidos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência en cargos similares al menos 1 año
- Haber trabajado en operadores turísticos y conocimiento en destinos turísticos
- Experiência en ventas y atención a clientes
- Experiência en herramientas online de cotización y reservas de servicios turísticos
- Conocimiento en office, manejo en herramientas de google, envío de correos, agendas meet, entre otros.
