**Position**: Account Executive
**Schedule**: Monday to friday de 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
**City**: Barranquilla (On-site)
**Remuneration**: Salario de $1.950.000, más un auxilio extralegal de vivienda que se otorga atendiendo un plan de beneficios extralegales definidos por la mera liberalidad de empresapor $1.050.000, para un total de $3.000.000 + commissions
**Responsibilities**:
- To hunt/prospect for new business
- Use Linkedin to profile companies and prospect.
- No limitation on the size or location of the business.
- This person will have high level conversations.
- Benefits consulting program
- They work with different types of businesses
- They are specialized in PEO
**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:
- Must be detail oriented and not be afraid to pick up a phone and make calls.
- Ability to be comfortable presenting in front of prospects & clients.
- Must be self accountable.
- Passionate
- Someone who can be trained
- Someone who has the attitude and wants to learn
- English level 8- 9
- Someone good at sales force would be preferred
- Someone with initiative.
