**Media Verse Group is looking for a Content Creation Manager to join its team in the city of Medellín.**
Join our team as a Content Creation Manager In this exciting position, you will oversee the production of high-quality video and photography, and advise our content creators on image and style to deliver exceptional content that provides a high-quality visual experience that engages our audience and drives the success of our business.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will be**:
- Coordinate and manage our models, ensuring their presence at events and photoshoots
- Provide image guidance, helping our models develop their personal style and stand out in the industry.
- Create visually appealing content to promote our models on digital platforms and social media.
- Advise on posing, assisting our models in showcasing their beauty and expression in photoshoots and runway presentations.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion, makeup, and hairstyling trends and share that knowledge with our models.
- You will work with content creators to create visually engaging content using expert video production techniques.
- Provide guidance and support to content creators during production to ensure their satisfaction and comfort.

**You must bring the following**:
- Previous experience as a Model Manager or in similar roles in the fashion and modeling industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, including trends, modeling agencies, and relevant events.
- Knowledge of image, content creation, posing, makeup, and hairstyling.
- Experience in video production and working with content creators in a professional environment.
- Attention to detail and sense of aesthetics to ensure production of high quality content.
- Experience in image consulting for short film production.
- Must also be an introvert with excellent communication skills to assist our models, must be flexible and able to adapt to change, able to handle her own emotions and those of the models, ability to create and maintain a positive and productive environment, emotional intelligence, confidence, attention to detail and esthetic elegance.
- Basic knowledge of hair and makeup to provide professional appearance advice.
- Intermediate knowledge of English.
- Work modality: 100% in person in the city of Medellin - Colombia, full time from M-F, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Type of contract: for services rendered.
- Holiday: 1 week at the end of the year.
