BU Latin America
Since 1965, Yara has established a unique position in Latin America as the industry’s only global crop nutrition company. Shared Service Center
Since 2016, BULA's shared services center has been providing transactional services for the different work units in Latin America, thus allowing greater agility and centralization of tasks, making some of the strategic areas less operational.
With a financial emphasis, the shared services center tries every day to provide support to the various areas of the company through services, such as: Record To Report (R2R), Order To Cash (O2C), Procure To Pay (P2P ) and Operational Excellence (Opex).

**Responsibilities**:
Main objective: Coordinate and lead the Procure to Pay processes and his team, its knowledge, competencies, ways of working, and team performance, guaranteeing the fulfillment of the services according to the service level agreement, establishing control measures with the best practices of Yara and Internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) guidelines, for leading, Payments, for the countries within SSC scope.
This role will support and enhance all initiatives focused on improving process efficiency and standardization and will collaborate with team members to accomplish goals.
- Main tasks:

- It is responsible for managing and controlling daily operations of payments.
- Lead the work team and daily operations: Plan, assign their burdens, provide feedback and follow-up, and promote recognition and discipline of employees.
- Carry out the performance evaluation processes of the team-led and disciplinary procedures if required
- It is responsible for executing the payment process.
- Support SLAs and KPIs analysis and measurements.
- Carry out Catch Up (Operational meeting)
- Propose and lead changes in payment processes that improve productivity and cost efficiency.
- Lead projects to migrate new processes to the SSC
- Evaluate and mitigate the probability of deficiencies in the service and take corrective actions in cases where they arise.
- Strive continuously to build a culture of high performance and customer service.
- Responsible for compliance with the policies of Safety, Health, Environment, and quality of his position and his team.
- Responsible for compliance with the Ethics and Values policy of the organization.

The geographical scope includes Latam: Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama Caribbean, Colombia,Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador & Chile. BUNA: Canada and Trinidad and Tobago
Overtime and occasional weekend/holiday work may be necessary during peak periods or to accommodate business requirements in Latam and BUNA operations.

**Profile**:
Profile: Knowledge
Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related careers. Desirable: Specialization in Finance
Functional Knowledge:
Accounts Payable, Payment Processing, Accounting, and Financial Processes
Knowledge of SAP FI, MM
English and Spanish: spoken and written fluid is a must.
Desirable: Shared Service Centers, Customer Service Attention, Operational Excellence.
Work Experience
Two years of working experience in a relevant finance/accounting process. Customer service oriented.
Essential: 2+ years’ experience in finance
Essential: 1+ year in the supervisory function
Essential: Experience in SAP FI, MM
Desirable: Experience in Desirable Shared Service Centers: Experience in Change and Quality (process improvement)
Desirable: Leadership experience in multifunctional and international teams, as well as in integration projects.
