**Sales and Marketing Controller
**Ser business partner para la Business Unit en la gestión eficiente del Working Capital y seguimiento a los gastos.
**Acerca del rol**

**¿Qué harás?**
- Realizar análisis del rendimiento del capital de trabajo e identificar oportunidades de mejora.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos interdisciplinarios para identificar áreas para el ahorro de gastos en la compañía.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para optimizar el capital de trabajo y reducir los gastos
- Participar en el proceso de planeación financiera, incluido el forecast y el presupuesto.
- Monitorear e informar sobre métricas financieras clave, incluido el flujo de efectivo, la rotación de inventario y las cuentas por cobrar / pagar.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo financiero para garantizar una presentación precisa y oportuna de los informes y presentaciones.

**¿A quién buscamos?**
- Profesional en administración, economía, finanzas, negocios internacionales, ingeniería o afines.
- Experiência en cargos similares mínima de 3 a 5 años, preferiblemente en empresas de consumo masivo, o compañias productivas o de servicios.
- Habilidad y análisis numérico que permiten presentar indicadores.
- Habilidad en la elaboración y análisis de Budget / FC.
- Orientado al logro y al detalle, con foco en el negocio.
- Nível de inglés B2.
- Habilidad en el manejo de Excel y deseable analítica avanzada.
- Excelentes habilidades comunicativas para trabajar colaborativamente con otros equipos.
- Alta atención al detalle y la habilidad de manejar múltiples prioridades en un ambiente de presión
