**What will you be doing?**
- Develop the partner ecosystem needed to exceed revenue to achieve targets in the territory.
- Enable a partners sales and technical teams on the Pulse Secure solution set.
- Develop annual business and marketing plans with key partners in your region.
- Diligently track metrics on partner relationships and key performance indicators.
- Manage the registration, pipeline build, & forecast for all partner deals within territory.
- Act as key partner strategist to Pulse Secure sales teams within region.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years partner sales experience
- Experience with partners who sell complex software-based solutions
- Experience in partner recruiting and enablement, including delivering sales & technical trainings
- Experience building business and marketing plans with partners
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written presentation skills
- Proactive with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
