**Job Description** A career that lets your passion shine**
Join us as the Head of Talent & Culture at our hotel You'll lead the development and implementation of Talent & Culture strategies, ensuring they align with Accor's policies. Your responsibilities include planning and quality improvement, recruitment, talent development, reward and recognition, managing compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and preparing monthly T&C reports. You will be responsible for:
- ** Planning and Quality Improvement**: Prepare, communicate and implement the annual Talent & Culture (T&C) Department Business Plan.
- ** Recruitment, Selection and Retention**:
- ** Talent Development and Building of Organisational Capability**:
- ** Reward and Recognition**: Drive T&C solutions such as reward and recognition, employee wellbeing, talent management and leadership programs.
- ** Compensation and Benefits**:Manage the salary/award review process
- ** Industrial Relations**:Sensitively manage industrial relations within the Hotel ensuring proactive communication and interaction with unions and delegates, accurately document meetings and disciplinary actions.
- ** Talent & Culture Metrics**: Prepare monthly T&C reports
- ** Financial Performance**: Ensure payroll for the Hotel is run in accordance with statutory regulations and company guidelines. Implement T&C activities within budgeted guidelines and time frames. Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan and Financial Budget and controlling expenditure during the financial year.
**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:
- Bachelor in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years hands on experience across end-to-end T&C/HR cycle including recruitment, performance management and learning and development.
- Thorough understanding of Colombian employment legislation
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Ofiice Package
