**Sobre el rol**:

- Liderar el proceso de ejecución comercial de manera integral para todas las marcas y canales. Permitiéndonos destacar en los lineales de nuestros clientes para así tener un mejor desempeño en el sell out de nuestro portafolio de productos.
- Garantizar la implementación de la estrategia de punto de venta (Perfect Store) en todos los canales (Cadenas de Farmacias, Farmacias Independientes, Supermercados, Discounters, Clubs, entre otros).
- Alinear la estrategia de ejecución de campo con los planes de Trade en los Clientes / Canales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de Sell Out.
- Garantizar una excelente ejecución de las 4Ps en los puntos de venta a través de la planeación y ejecución del programa de visión store / MSL, gestionando de manera efectiva a todo el equipo de campo para lograr ejecutar las estrategias de las marcas en los puntos de venta.

**Tus Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollo de material POP bajo los lineamientos de Trade Marketing y aspectos Regulatorios (Veeva)
- Control sobre la ejecución de presupuesto tanto de CFC, NonBei e Implacables
- Integración de las herramientas tecnológicas (Newspage-SGI) para el seguimiento al desempeño de la ejecución en PDV
- Manejo y administración de Sales Execution (reporte Newspage).
- Carga de información y configuración de la información mensual a las herramientas
- Direccionar toda la relación y estructura del proveedor con el cual realizamos la ejecución en los PDVs.
- Asegurar la implementación y el seguimiento del Visión Store en los diferentes ambientes de compra (Cadenas de Farmacias, Farmacias Independientes, Supermercados, Discontuers, Clubs, entre otros).
- Realizar trabajo de campo con promotores, supervisores y mercaderista para garantizar la correcta ejecución en campo y cumplimiento del modelo VS y MSL. Garantizar visitas periódicas a todas las zonas.

- M_ínimo 2.5 años de experiência en consumo masivo, idealmente en áreas Comerciales con conocimiento de los diferentes canales de distribución. _
- Experiência en _Comercial (Ventas - Trade Marketing - Marketing - Finanzas - Logística)
- Microsoft Office: Nível Avanzado - RB ONE - InStoreView - TSOL -Power BI
- Inglés intermedio en Hablar
