As
**Sales Planning Coordinator**, your main responsabilities/challengues of the rol will be to have the responsibility of planning and defining the sales volume of Colombia according to the projection of the Industry by segments and the participation of the brand in each one of them.

Sales Operations provides the sales organization with tools, data, and resources to enable the team they support to drive the business. They may be responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. The Sales Operations team aggressively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts.

**Responsabilites**:

- Develop and communicate forecasts and sales reports across teams.
- Support and review project reporting requirements and outputs.
- Perform analytics to analyze current sales tactics and operations within the company.
- Build and drive various initiatives to support the Sales and Marketing operations.
- Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; Marketing, Sales, Legal, GPSC, etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Forecast:

- Forecast the size of the Industry and segments, as well as the participation of the brand in each one of them.
- Detail the sales plan by model/version, month by month
- Provide the necessary information for the Demand & Supply forum, seeking to ensure the availability of units
- Provide sales areas with timely, accurate and reliable information to help meet the sales objectives of the dealer network and the company
- Establish and Control the process to order special vehicles

Dealer Objectives:

- Establish the optimal methodology for the definition of registrations/market share objectives for the dealer network
- Articulate said objectives with the Commercial Policy and the Sales Forecast
- Maintain constant and open communication with the sales areas about the different commercial strategies
- Coordinate with the distribution team the monthly allocation of units to each dealer, according to confirmed availability
- Communicate registrations or market share and purchase goals to the dealer network

Continuous Developement Projects:

- Support new product launches
- Lead the implementation of new projects for the Sales Operations area
- Share and collect good practices with the Sales Operations peers in the region
- Support team members in the implementation of process improvement solutions

**Requirements**:

- Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study. (required)
- Experience**:Minimum 5 years work experience in similar positions. (required)
- Office: Intermediate Level, specifically Excel (required)
- Knowledge of Power BI and database management will be valued.
- English: Intermediate Level (required) Portuguese (desirable)
- Availability to work onsite at the plant located at Bogotá, Colombia. (required)
