ChampionX has an immediate need for an **Associate H**uman Resources Business Partner** **(HRBP)** supporting our Chemical Technologies Colombia operations, in a temporary **fix-term position (6-month contract)**, based in **Bogota, Colombia.**

In this position, you will assist with multiple human resources functions, including, but not limited to, transactions, recruitment, orientation, HR/Payroll actions, filing, and other duties as assigned and required. The Associate Human Resources Generalist also performs other job-related duties as assigned.

**What You Will Do**:

- Maintain and distribute employee information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Handle data input, auditing and reporting for contract customer requirements
- Partner and assist in the recruiting and selection needs for the organization, especially for technician and operations positions. Activities may include job board administration, position posting, talent selection and disposition, manage background check and other pre-hire assessments/checks, while guaranteeing internal Labor Ministry compliance
- Supports with new hire process
- Provide a full range of HR support for the site including feedback/coaching, talent development, succession planning, change management, employee relations, performance management, goal setting, compensation, compliance, and rewards & recognition
- Leverage Workday reporting to critically analyze HR data
- Assist in the administration of HR programs, systems and processes
- Update and maintain job descriptions
- Participate in various HR projects as required

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychologist or equivalent in relevant experience (preferred)
- 1-3 years of HR experience
- No immigration sponsorship is available for this opportunity

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- English proficiency
- Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Exceptional verbal & written communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Workday
