**Sobre la Oportunidad**
Actualmente estamos buscando fortalecer nuestro equipo administrativo con el próximo/a**:Customer Success Associate.**
El/la **Customer Success Associate** se encarga de las actividades clave garantizar un excelente servicio personalizado a nuestros clientes y retenerlos para que continúen aprendiendo con nuestros productos.
**¿Cómo vas a lograrlo?**
Entre tus responsabilidades, estarán:
- Dar soluciones a incidencias y trabajar de la mano con los equipos internos para dar seguimiento a los clientes nuevos y potenciales).
- Brindar seguimiento y servicio personalizado por medio de los canales como son: whatsapp, correo electrónico.
- Llevar a cabo las actualizaciones y feedbacks a clientes de acuerdo a sus solicitudes mediante tickets.
**Eres la persona que estamos buscando si cuentas con**
- Licenciatura o Ingeniería en: Administración, Comunicación, Comercial o afines.
- **Experiência mínima** **de 3 años** en operaciones en servicio al cliente / comercial.
- Experiência con CRM. _Un plus._
- Excel Nível Intermedio.
- Habilidades de negociación y facilidad de palabra.
- Profesionalismo y gusto por tener contacto con clientes internos y externos.
- Computadora/Laptop.

- **Turno Laboral**: Lunes a Viernes de 9:30am a 7:30pm. / Sabados 8am - 1:00pm.
