**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for oversight of payroll administration and HR Operations in a multi-company model.
- Maintain and manage payroll-related legal and regulatory compliance.
- Establish, design and maintain effective internal controls for the payroll function. Responsible for payroll and internal/external audit compliance.
- Responsible not only for the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, but also for continuous improvement in accuracy, efficiency and service levels to ensure readiness for continued growth and the ability to provide world-class service.
- Manage staff at all levels to accomplish results through training, development, performance management and recognition.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships and regular ongoing communications and collaboration with COEs, HCPs, accounting, IT, HR Service Delivery, legal, tax and internal audit departments.
- Support acquisition initiatives related to payroll and employee integration
- Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and vendors.

**Formal Requirements**
- English & Spanish proficiency
- 7+ years functional experience with Payroll
- 5+ years supervising an operational work team
- 3+ years leading Payroll and/or HR Operations in a multi-national company
- SAP Experience
