**Responsibilities**
**Accountabilities**:
- We're looking for an intellectually curious and creative individual who is comfortable operating in ambiguity — a strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Craft narratives and decks strategically and visually flawless.
- Partner with Product, Policy, Legal, brands teams and other cross functional teams to develop scalable solutions to support the Web3 pilots implementation.
- Be the primarly poin of contact with PepsiCo Global team for all Web3 initiatives.
- Manage CreativeX and push usage and contantly improvement of our content.
- Be responsible for pushing and supporting LatAm presence into different Awards.
- Lead content innovation projects.
- Lead development, socialization and execution of global/sector go-to-market planning and packaging for metaverse solutions with Marketing and Communications teams.
- Guide and partner with cross-functional teams in developing/implementing Web3 projects with different internal stakeholders. (Legal, Strategy & Tranformation, Brands etc).
- Evolve our presence in Social Media leveraging a Content Creators strategy to stablish meanigfull connections with people. Develop strong Creators stregy considering local maturity level in each market.
- Be a reference on how the world of Gaming and creativity are merging to provide new marketing opportunities for brands.
- Develop content platform monetization (YT and Instagram) strategy.
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- Professional of marketing, digital marketing, or related careers.
**Knowlegde**:
- 100% bilingual (English & Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong storytelling abilities to present your ideas to our internal clients and execute in a relevant way, working hand in hand with a multifunctional team local and regional.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in order to communicate ideas and present concepts- Superior influencing skills to deliver results through others without solid line direct reports
**Experience**:
- +8 years experience in content or editorial media required; experience in social or digital media strongly preferred.
- Experience working with Web3 functionalities (AR/VR/Metaverse).
- Experience on UX design for visual communication and Information Architecture.
- Experience collaborating and leading cross-functionally with experience building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment.
- Experience in strategy development roles and presenting to senior executives.
