Your Role:
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of banking operations professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to banking operations.- Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.- Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management and other stakeholders.- Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and internal audit, to ensure a coordinated approach to risk management.- Provide guidance and support to team members on risk management issues and best practices.- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes related to risk management in banking operations.- Drive a culture of risk awareness and compliance within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in risk management within the banking industry, with a focus on operations.- Strong knowledge of banking operations, including payments, settlements, and transaction processing.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and recommend effective solutions.- Proven track record of implementing risk management policies and procedures.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
