En **dentsu **estamos en la búsqueda de **Technology Operations Analyst**

El propósito de este rol es brindar servicios de soporte técnico a los clientes internos que les permita optimizar su productividad. La función está muy centrada en el cliente y garantiza que los problemas se gestionen, prioricen y resuelvan dentro de los níveles de servicio acordados.

**Dentro de las principales responsabilidades estan**:

- Proporciona una interfaz entre el negocio y la tecnología, monitorea los canales de participación del cliente y responde dentro de los objetivos establecidos.
- Brinda al cliente una experiência excepcional.
- Se adhiere a los procesos estándar para garantizar que los contactos se prioricen, registren, asignen, actualicen y resuelvan con precisión dentro de los objetivos del servicio.
- Mantiene el conocimiento técnico y asegura que se aplique de manera efectiva para respaldar el negocio.
- Aplica escalamiento efectivo y oportuno
- Responsable de cumplir los SLA del soporte técnico remoto y en sitio.
- Ayuda a los usuarios a presentar correctamente su contenido en salas de reunión, oficinas, pantallas en sitio y en oficinas de clientes y proveedores, configurando correctamente computadoras, pantallas, bocinas, presentadores, etc
- Brinda soporte técnico para conexión de redes alámbricas e inalámbricas, uso del sistema Windows y Mac, pantallas, uso del antivirus, correo electrónico, uso del antispam, etc.
- Brinda soporte técnico en el uso de las impresoras, cambio de tóner y reporta al proveedor cuando alguna de las impresoras presenta un error, falta de tóner o mantenimiento de las impresoras.
- Lleva a cabo instalaciones de software.
- Preconfigura e instala S.O. Mac o Windows en computadoras nuevas o de reemplazo.
- Análisis y resolución de problemas de hardware y software de equipos de cómputo Mac o Windows.
- Configuración en Active Directory y aplicaciones de perfiles de usuario.
- Asistir al equipo de TI en actividades del área.
- Administrar el inventario del equipo de cómputo.

**Para aplicar necesitas**:

- Ser profesional en carreras afines a ingenieria de sistemas.
- Tener experiência minimo de 1 año en help Desk, mantenimiento de equipos y soporte tecnico
- Ingles intermedio (es un plus)
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office
- Conocimiento en redes y mantenimiento
