Technical Support Engineer

**Responsibilities**:
- Record, document, and evaluate tickets raised by customer.
- Analyze and correct incidents, guaranteeing compliance with customer SLAs.
- Execute functional tests prior to deployment on production system.
- Deployment of corrections on production system
**Hard Skills**:
- OS: Linux / Oracle Linux; Windows (workstation & server); UNIX/AIX.
- Windows Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, scripting (Unix/Linux shells; windows.bat)
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes.
- English B1 (Intermediate - Conversational).
- Scripting ability in one or more of the following - C/Borne/Korn shell, batch, files and SQL.
- Knowledgeable in administrating and maintaining Oracle Database, knowledge in Postgre, MySQL is a plus.
- Certification in system management best practices (ITIL) is a plus (or relevant experience).

- Constructive collaboration,
- Team player, able to make autonomous decisions if needed,
- Continuous improvement (implementation reviews, optimization, decrease no. of bugs detected in production etc.)
