We are the telemedicine clinic for bigger guys, worldwide. We use medical weight loss treatment to solve our fellas' most pressing healthcare need, then remain a fella's core healthcare provider for the rest of their life - focused on men's health, longevity, mental health, and primary care.

We will have served 1 million fellas by the end of 2026, and 10 million fellas by the end of 2028.

Our mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.

**We’ve grown >95x since Sept 2022 (currently growing >30% MoM) and are strongly cashflow positive**. We have expanded our state coverage to >95% of US population, have started to expand our clinical protocol beyond weight (e.g. testosterone), and are eyeing up international expansion.

**The opportunity as **Organic Growth Lead**:
Fella Health is building a world-class team.

As Organic Growth Lead at Fella Health, you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth & CEO to build low-CAC, long-term-defensible organic channels to power Fella’s future growth engine.

You’ll start by executing our highest-promise organic channels. You’ll own Fella’s creator (influencer) program end-to-end, as well as leading our community/forum-led marketing efforts. You’ll also get your hands dirty doing whatever else is needed in growth.

Over time, you’ll transition to an organic growth scientist, discovering new potential organic channels before rapidly testing the highest-potential ones. Your workflow will be Discover Test Optimize Scale.

In the future, you’ll be on path to own Fella’s entire organic growth strategy.

This is a full-time remote role.

You'll work closely with and report directly to our Head of Growth (Dave Lane) as well as our CEO (Richie Cartwright).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- (_Straight away_) **Execute highest-promise organic channels** — You’ll work with our Head of Growth to execute on the two highest-promise organic channels so far.
- _ Creators_: you’ll test, optimize, scale Fella’s creator (influencer) program end-to-end.
- _ Forum outreach_: you’ll engage in forums & communities where potential fellas are active, starting with Reddit. If we get it working, you’ll build an AI-powered system (with our eng team) to scale your work.
- (_Straight away_) **Support across the Growth team** — You’ll support our Head of Growth to maintain sharp insights and get your hands dirty.
- _ Insights_: you’ll have regular sales exposure (inc sales calls) to keep your insights sharp.
- _ Support_: you’ll get your hands dirty doing whatever else is needed in Growth.
- (_In the future_) **Discover & test new organic channels** - You’ll work with our Head of Growth to uncover new low-marginal-CAC, long-term-defensible organic channels.
- _ Discover_: you’ll research potential new organic channels — those with low competition, high growth potential, low marginal cost. Get imaginative
- _ Test_: you’ll quickly test the highest-potential organic channels. You’ll form clear hypotheses, create experiment plans, go execute. If the experiment doesn’t work, great You’ll quickly move on to the next one.

**Need to have**:

- Operating skills:

- ** Broad experience**: you have 3+ years of relevant experience in Growth/Marketing. You’re very good at early-stage Growth & have the results to show.
- ** Learning**: you're an autodidact with impressive speed and resourcefulness. You regularly teach yourself the skills you need from scratch.
- ** Systems mindset**: you think in and build out systems. You drive towards automation where possible. You’re comfortable with no-code tools.
- ** Language**: you are fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
