We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.
**About the role**:
Winona is looking to hire a **full-time remote Growth Hacker**. As a Growth Hacker, you will be at the forefront of our growth initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
**Seniority Level**: Mid-Senior Level
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new users and customers through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and partnerships
- Analyze user behavior and website/app performance to identify conversion bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at various touchpoints
- Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content that attracts and retains users, and drives organic growth
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Design and implement referral programs and other growth initiatives to encourage user referrals and virality
- Develop strategies to grow and engage our social media following, turning followers into active users and advocates
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive growth and expand our user base
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Growth Hacker or in a similar role, preferable in a tech startup or fast-growing company
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRO, and data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely)
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and track KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset - Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
