**The Role**:
As a Growth Marketer, you will be at the helm of our marketing campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies. You'll leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing funnels and collaborate across teams to spearhead growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, forecast market movements, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to refine messaging and positioning to align with target market segments.
- Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and organic traffic.
- A/B test landing pages, ad copy, and other customer touchpoints for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience in growth marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and platforms.
- Creativity in developing actionable insights from complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a growth marketing role.
- A track record of success in SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media engagement.
- Experience with A/B testing, marketing funnel optimization, and CRM software.
