As a **Fuel desk sales coordinator**, you will be responsible for growing your book of business. Leads will be generated assigned, and it will be your duty to promote and sell the TSS Fuel Card. You will prospect, follow up and educate clients on the TSS Fuel card program. As a Fuel desk sales coordinator, we are looking for someone with customer service experience and has been in a cold calling environment.

**Responsibilities are as follows and not limited to**:

- Explain and sell the TSS Fuel card to build your book of business.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead to closed account.
- Make daily outbound calls.
- Maintain an organized sales cycle with every client.
- Maintain client relationships

**Metrics and Expectations**:

- Work on the tasks assigned and complete them before the deadline.
- Attend all the scheduled meetings with the team.
- Be available on all the channels of communication, and be attentive to the messages, and urgent requests.”

**Skills and Experience**:

- Computer Skills
- Cold Calling
- Customer service
- B2 Level of English or higher
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Competitive, hard working nature with a strong sense of urgency
- Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Strong Customer Service skills

**Systems**:

- Office automation apps (Microsoft 365, Google Suite, among others)
- Carrier/Partners/Agents Websites
- Other apps and systems required for the operation (it will depend on the nature of the company’s operations)

**Personal Attributes**:
The Fuel desk sales coordinator must maintain confidentiality when performing the duties, The employee must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:

- Be honest and trustworthy
- Be punctual and respectful
- Be patient
- Demonstrate work ethics Working conditions: The staffer will have to spend most of their shift sitting and using office equipment and computers. They may find the environment to be busy and will need excellent organizational and time management skills to complete the required tasks

8am to 5pm Est

**Reports to**:
Erick Lopez & John Usmanov
- This is a remote position, and we would not provide equipment. _
- There will be a base pay plus additional commission based on sales_

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $158,690,000 per month
