**En esta vacante,** soportarás el proceso entre los clientes/Customer Development y la organización para el Canal Tradicional, Cadenas Regionales y Distribuidores Profesionales garantizando un excelente nível de servicio con mejoras en eficiencias logísticas en tiempo, forma y costo.

**¿Cómo vas a construir un mundo mejor?**

Serás responsable de:
1. Administrar proactivamente el procesamiento de pedidos de los clientes del canal hasta la entrega, buscando un 100% de nível servicio.

3. Generar iniciativas de ahorro junto con los clientes, en la parte de logística de despacho y recepción de pedidos.

4. Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de transporte en la optimización de las tarifas vigentes por descargues en cliente, oportunidades en las agendas de ingreso de clientes con el objetivo de mejorar truckfill y despachos directos buscando una mejora en los costos logísticos.

5. Hacer uso de herramientas digitales (Powerbi, Microsoft app, entre otras) para consolidación de reportes del equipo (agotados, tránsitos, pstks, status facturación y entrega) y centralizar consultas de uso diario minimizando la cadena de mails.

Los requisitos son:

- Profesional de carreras administrativas, ingenierías o carreras afines.
- Experiência de mínimo 1 año en Customer Service o background en Supply Chain (Manufactura-Logística-Transporte-Servicio al cliente-Customer Development).
- Habilidades analíticas y manejo de herramientas digitales como excel, power BI, entre otros.
