Generar valor para el agricultor a través de la oferta por beneficios de soluciones dirigidas a mejorar la productividad e ingresos generados por el cultivo.

Conseguir que los agricultores nos prefieran y nos convirtamos en la primera opción para resolver las necesidades integrales de sus cultivos.

Deberes y **Responsabilidades**:

- Relación directa con el agricultor / asistentes técnicos / departamentos técnicos / jefes de compras / molinos, ingenios, departamentos de sanidad vegetal y distribuidores.
- Generación de demanda a través de la demostración de los beneficios de las soluciones integrales de cultivo (SIC).
- Generar demanda mediante el seguimiento de un plan de trabajo.
- Monitorear la rotación de inventarios y el consumo en el cultivo con los distribuidores, ingenios y molinos
- Apoyar todas las actividades que contribuyen al consumo del producto.
- Hacer levantamiento de información relevante para tener informada a la compañía y ejecutar todos los planes de negocio en la zona asignada.
- Dar soporte técnico a los agricultores sobre el uso adecuado de la SIC de la compañía.
- Apoyar el lanzamiento de nuevos productos y el desarrollo de productos maduros en su zona
- Suministrar información relevante al Coordinador y Gerente de Agroindustria para que pueda realizar el Rolling Forecast, pricing, competitividad, actividades de la competencia, situaciones de clima, etc. Replicar los beneficios ofrecidos a los agricultores líderes en su zona a través de la adecuada implementación de la SIC.Funciones:

- Visitar los cultivos claves asignados en su zona.
- Montaje y seguimiento de parcelas demostrativas para mostrar los beneficios al agricultor.
- Realizar servicio post venta y hacer seguimiento al consumo.
- Realizar acompañamiento técnico a los cultivos, molinos ingenios y bananeras.
- Planear y ejecutar actividades de mercadeo (visitas, lanzamiento, aplicaciones semi comerciales, congresos, eventos marketing / técnicos, webinars, entre otros).
- Levantar información en su zona asignada: precios, actividades de la competencia, situación económica de los agricultores y situación climática.
- Entregar informes periódicos mensuales y programación de trabajo semanal a través de Atenea (Salesforce).
- Participar activamente en las reuniones que se hacen en conjunto con el canal de distribución Asesorar integralmente al agricultor y/o asistentes técnicos por medio de demostraciones en campo donde se evidencien los beneficios de la SIC.**Perfil**:
Ingeniero Agrónomo/ administrador de empresas agropecuario/ carreras afines

Mínimo 3 años de experiência en el área comercial, y conocimientos avanzados en los cultivos claves de su zona
