The Team and Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Admin Billing to join our Finance team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional administrative support. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of accounting and finance principles but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.

In this role, you will support the processing of accurate and timely billing/distribution to our clients. This will be in line with contractual terms and departmental deadlines whilst working closely with internal teams. You will deal with billing and invoicing inquiries from internal and external clients following through to resolution. This position will involve working in the office a minimum of 2 to 3 days a week.

Job Responsibilities
- Supports the Billing team in a variety of tasks.
- Performs data entry of invoices and other billing information into the company's billing system.
- Assists with client billing inquiries and provides customer service support as needed.
- Assist with monthly billing reporting and analysis.

Required Qualifications
- Professional-level fluency in English.
- Experience in Billing roles or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be PC literate and able to use standard software packages, particularly Excel.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Responsible and willing to take ownership of work.
- Good communication skills are essential, and an excellent client service approach is required.
- Must be able to adapt to the use of new systems

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a professional services firm is preferable but not essential
- Work experience using Dynamics 365 ERP

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
