We Save and sustain lives by balancing and optimizing supply planning to meet demand.

As Network Planner Specialist, you will provide support for New Product Introduction (NPI) process development ensuring that all activities are completed and detailed in accordance with Baxter procedures with a key focus on establishing standard processes globally. The scope includes engagement and participation from diligence stage of a launch to execution (3 month’s post launch).

**What you'll be doing**:
We support the generation of the replenishment requirements using the demand signal, on-hand inventory and inventory targets that deliver a comprehensive network supply plan across the supply chain organization, to meet all financial requirements, operational capabilities, and wholesalers service objectives for assigned Business Unit, undertaking analytics and identifying process improvements leading a defined product portfolio.

We communicate and interacts with demand planners, customer management, network supply planning supervisor, sales, and finance to develop planning and replenishment strategy. Makes recommendations on actions needed to meet actual and forecasted demand.

We evaluate and assess the key project parameters in participation with global planning team within Pharma. These spans from understanding building blocks of forecast to the understanding of localized replenishment strategy

You will act as liaison for all sourcing/Supply Planning activities to Business development office/Project management teams and build engaging relationship with variety of Cross functional teams members.

You will Identify supply base risk and develop/implement mitigation plans for new products and support the SI&OP process.

**What you'll bring**
- Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related with strong experience in production planning, supply chain, and/ or logistics.
