**Position Summary**
Premise is growing, and we are looking to add an **IT Specialist **to our IT Team. In this position, you’ll use your skills to maintain and improve the technical systems of a company to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization. You will be responsible for installing or upgrading components, setting up software, assisting with network administration, and resolving all IT support issues.
- **This is an onsite position based out of our Bogotá, Colombia, office._
**What You Bring Along**
- English language comprehension (reading, writing, speaking)
- 1-3 years of full-time experience in an IT support role, supporting platforms and services management.
- Comply with company safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Available for other special projects at the direction of the IT Manager, senior IT staff, and leadership.
- Possess and maintain excellent time management, customer service, strong analytic, organization, and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
**What You Will Do**
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
- Assisting with network administration tasks.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
- Collaborate with different members of the IT Team to ensure all goals are met and that we are carrying our best practices.
