**About the Role**:
Garantizar el abastecimiento apropiado y oportuno para todos los países de la región LADM de Ferrero desde las diferentes plantas, a través de la óptima planeación y programación de producción y despachos de acuerdo al análisis del plan de demanda, tendencias y factores de mercado, políticas de inventario y políticas de la empresa, a través de la gestión y control del nível de inventarios, optimizando la frescura del producto y maximizando el nível de servicio mediante la reducción de agotados y obsoletos de producto terminado y materiales.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Planificar el abastecimiento de producto terminado (producción y despacho de 200 sku´s) para cada mercado de la región LADM a través del análisis del plan de demanda y las políticas de inventario establecidas. Ingresar y programar semanalmente los requerimiento de producción en el sistema APO-SAP acorde al plan de demanda. Gestionar un óptimo nível de inventario para Ecuador considerando tendencias de mercado, rotación y frescura, de acuerdo a las políticas establecidas por la empresa. Programar y coordinar los despachos desde siete diferentes plantas de Ferrero para toda la región LADM, optimizando costos y tiempos. Monitorear y controlar los inventarios de los Distribuidores Internacionales acorde a índices de rotación y frescura. Controlar e informar las estimas de facturación para los mercados de Chile, Perú, Bolivia y Venezuela. Participar activamente en el proceso de S&OP de la compañía para la construcción y definición del plan de demanda mensual por cada mercado de la región. Participar en el proceso de Nuevos Productos, para establecer su demanda y coordinar los requerimientos necesarios para su oportuno lanzamiento. Coordinar y garantizar el óptimo agotamiento de los empaques de acuerdo a cambios estratégicos en artes definidos por marketing, mediante el análisis de obsolescencia de productos y materiales con el fin de minimizar costos de destrucción. Controlar, gestionar y dar seguimiento del nível de servicio de la compañía. Generar reportes de KPIs para casa matriz (Stock coverage, Frescura, Production plan achievement, stock consistency, entre otros). Controlar y gestionar los diferentes indicadores de gestión del área, estableciendo análisis causa raíz, enfocado principalmente en Magic 8s.

**Who we are looking for**:
Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial o Administración de empresas con énfasis en Logística, con experiência de más de 3 años exclusivos en planeación de abastecimiento en compañías de consumo masivo, con conocimientos de procesos de S&OP o IBP. Nível de inglés avanzado.
