**Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.

**About the role**:
As a Global Social Strategist you will be responsible for social campaign strategy execution across primarily social platforms and influencer initiatives, including ongoing reporting for your key accounts. This role will include managing influencer relationships, tracking, list building, and negotiations. You are a fit for this role if you are an expert copywriter with incredibly strong attention to detail, a great team player, and have the ability to understand and execute copy in a variety of brand voices. This role requires someone who is strong at executing campaigns, driving ideation to reach a clients specific goals, and understanding key performance metrics for a variety of social channels and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to balance multiple client accounts across various industries from A-Z
- Develop monthly content calendars primarily focused on copy-writing and brand voice (although creative development may be required) that align with overall client branding and voice
- Daily community management with key accounts
- Strong knowledge of influencer categories for wide-range of list building
- Executes Influencer outreach and regularly slates organic and paid influencers for formal partnerships
- Strong communication with lead strategists to proactively create compelling campaigns, provide strategic feedback, and efficient execution of client vision
- Act as brand voice through daily community management
- Develop engaging social media campaigns to drive client’s unique KPIs—from ideation through execution

Mastering reporting and storytelling; effectively can adapt strategy to meet a clients needs

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred)
- A deep understanding of client businesses and how to connect and leverage social strategy and tactics to solve key client challenges
- Social media experience working across multiple social channels (Including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok)
- Experience with negotiating on behalf of a client/brand to ensure highest level of execution and deliverables are secured
- Experience with structuring and editing social partnership contracts that includes usage, contract terms, finite deliverables, exclusivity clauses, timelines and payment terms
- Possesses strong foundation of influencer relationships and a firm understanding of all possible activation verticals and categories as well as social channels.
- Understanding of all channels main KPIs and place in the funnel
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with multiple actions items at a given time
- High level of attention to detail with copy writing and grammar
- Ability to act as the voice of the brand through Social Analysis development, community management, influencer brief creation, and monthly copywriting
- Vocal on client accounts and department meetings
- Consistently fostering a positive work environment for the account team. Leads with positivity, optimism and strength
