**What a typical day will look like**

Andean subregion collecting leader, with skills to comprehensively direct, manage and administer the collecting processes of the Andean subregion, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency; ensure compliance with the corporation's income policies, improvement of SOX indicators, coordination with regional team for different reconciliations and implementation of regional projects; coordination and management of audit and tax audit reports.
- Properly manage the collection process with clients and reinsurers, monitoring through SOX reports.
- Monitor optional premium guarantees and/or contracts to insurance companies before their expiration, coordinating with the cluster team the guarantees that are about to expire.
- Review portfolio rotation to promptly detect deviations that imply an increase in the portfolio provision.
- Control that payments are made within the deadlines established by the Corporation.
- Prepare and send SOX reports within the deadlines established by the Corporation.
- Periodically hold meetings with clients and reinsurers.
- Preparation, analysis, and presentation of metrics from the commercial and operations & client services regional area of the cluster.
- Accompaniment to regional projects and their implementation in the cluster.
- Leadership of the team under his responsibility.
- Respond to requests from senior management regarding information and statistics of the business, reinsurer, or line of business as appropriate.
- Generation of closing information in the production system for the finance area
- Monitor that the collecting provision is met month after month and make new projections when values must be adjusted.
- Quarterly sending information to the tax audit office on portfolio balances, fiduciary income, and purification of balances
- Guarantee that the technical operation is carried out effectively, complying with the payment conditions established in each contract and/or business with cedents and reinsurers.
- Review the adequate processing of movements reported by technical accounts in the production software carried out through the HUB.
- Periodically hold meetings with clients and reinsurers.
- Review in conjunction with the finance area on updating the revenue schedule on a monthly basis.
- Verification of the loading of information in the technical accounts production software
- Compilation and/or request for business support information (Slips, endorsements, debit/credit notes, and accounting documents (invoices and credit notes) as applicable to each country)
- Planning of processes and procedures of the Andean cluster collecting area

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

Graduated professional in Finance, Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Economics, or related sciences; specialization in insurance or projects

Experience: 4 years of experience in technical operations roles in the insurance sector in areas of operations or customer service in the insurance sector leading a team.

Languages: English Intermediate

Technological Tools: Office with advanced level in Excel, Power Point, Power BI
