**Resumen del Puesto**

**Responsabilidades**
- Planificar, ejecutar y gestionar campañas de Google Ads para varios clientes en mercados tanto en inglés como en español
- Realizar investigación de palabras clave, optimización de ofertas y pruebas A/B para Google Ads y páginas de destino
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing en redes sociales y por correo electrónico
- Monitorear indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) y preparar informes mensuales de desempeño
- Coordinar con equipos internos para la redacción de anuncios, traducción y otras tareas creativas
- Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias de marketing digital, actualizaciones de Google Ads y mejores prácticas
- Asistir con otros canales de marketing digital, como SEO y campañas SMS
- Soporte adicional para el Director General según sea necesario

**Cualificaciones**
- Licenciatura en marketing, publicidad o campo relacionado
- Experiência de 1-3 años en marketing digital integral
- Experiência comprobada en Google Ads, redes sociales y marketing por correo electrónico
- La certificación de Google Ads es una gran ventaja
- Dominio nativo del español y sólidas habilidades en inglés (mínimo B1)
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y familiaridad con Google Analytics
- Conocimiento de software para páginas de destino y herramientas de pruebas A/B
- Familiaridad con sistemas CRM; HubSpot es una gran ventaja
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo
- Fuertes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y capacidad para priorizar tareas

**Otros**
- Remoto. La capacidad de trabajar en un modelo híbrido es una ventaja
- Capacidad para desplazarse ocasionalmente a Chapinero y trabajar de forma remota el resto del tiempo
