**Objetivo general del cargo**:
Brindar el servicio y acompañamiento FollowUp a las cuentas asignadas logrando la satisfacción del cliente, el desarrollo de casos de éxito y el aumento en la facturación mensual de cada cuenta.
- **Responsabilidades y tareas del cargo**:

- Gestión comercial y operativa de las cuentas asignadas en pro de alcanzar la máxima satisfacción de los clientes.
- Consultoría personalizada por cliente y generación de casos de éxito.
- Comercialización de tiendas nuevas, planes y productos.
- Desarrollo de reportería por cliente y de industria.
- Reporte de novedades de facturación.
- Generación de valor para los clientes y procesos internos del área: nuevos reportes, análisis, metodologías de trabajo, entre otras.

Formación: Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Economia o carreras afines.

Experiência: 0-2 años

Habilidades: Excel intermedio - avanzado, Power BI y Tableau (opcional), Excelente

Competencias: comunicación, trabajo en equipo y capacidad analítica
