Customer Success Representative

**Location**: Fully Remote (LatAm)
**Salary**: 1400-1800 USD/month
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, utilizing the Intercom ticketing platform to promptly and effectively address concerns. Deliver top-notch support with a focus on ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
- Leverage your proficiency in WordPress to assist customers in navigating and optimizing their website builder tools.
- Execute rudimentary content entry tasks, including data entry, to assist customers in populating and managing their website content effectively.
- Familiarize yourself with relevant documentation to efficiently onboard new customers, providing them with the necessary resources and guidance to kickstart their website building process.
- Serve as a self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be proactive in keeping customers informed and updated on their support tickets, ensuring a seamless and transparent communication process.
- Ensure adequate coverage for customer support during operational hours, demonstrating flexibility and availability to address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Strong customer-facing skills with a passion for ensuring customer success.
- Proficiency in WordPress is required; familiarity with CSS is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Ability to iterate through a queue of tickets efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- High level of organization and attention to detail in performing content entry tasks.
