**What a typical day will be like**:
This position will be responsible to act as a Project Analyst for strategic Latam Projects, ensuring correct project structuring, coordination, execution, value realization, follow up and reporting. This role collaborates with Solution Lines, and other local and global ABS capabilities including operations and product/platform/service teams, to prioritize and oversee value delivery for their remit.
- Review and reinvent Project Methodology for Latam teams
- Lead Strategic projects with focus on business impact
- Advise and manage project development from beginning to end: Define project scope, goals, and results that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and collaborators
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively conduct resource planning for all project work
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Implement"as-is" Process mapping and diagnose process maturity
- develop "as is" processes incorporating region best practices
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and collaborators in a timely and clear fashion
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other partners
- Manage project documentation and capture requirements from all functional customers
- Analyze, recommend, and drive process and program improvements across functional teams
- Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs), leading indicators and metrics to measure the efficiency and success of ABS initiatives. This includes defining targets, supervising progress, and regularly reporting on the achieved value and benefits to customers.
- Ensure that these standards are uniformly adopted and practiced across LATAM ABS
- Develop deep knowledge of operations and strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Refine and develop methodologies, tools, and programs around implementations, upgrades, and other services on an ongoing basis
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
- Academic Trainning: University graduate - administrative careers
- Experience: 4 years in Project management roles in Latam
- Languages: Spanish/Native Portuguese
- Advanced English (oral and written)
- Technological Tools: Management of the office package - knowledge of Power BI - process mapping tools., Proficiency in the use of MS Office, specifically Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs and demands
- Professional project management training and certification (such as PMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent)
- Process & Customer experience certifications (COPC- ISO- CXM)
