**About the role**:
- As a Reconciliation Assistant, you will be responsible for the customer service of the reconciliation team, he/she will have to know the whole process in all countries to respond to the generated tickets. In addition, you will support the BR reconciliation process.
**What you will do**:
- Responsible for SLA compliance of tickets entering the Reconciliations customer service mailboxes.
- Support in the BR CBKS reconciliation
- Closing of BR country banking reconciliation
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or students in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a financial area (accounting, treasury, reconciliation)
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphics)
- Familiarity with reconciliation tools and software to assist in comparing and matching financial records, identifying discrepancies, and supporting the reconciliation process.
- Understanding of basic bank reconciliation processes to assist in comparing and reconciling bank statements with financial records.
