**YOUR ROLE**:
- Manage Sales Team to develop pipeline development and selling activities to achieve growth impact and NES results.
- Develops and defines marketing plan.
- Drives market share and sales growth for the category.
- Monitors operationalization for int. category steering, strategy, positioning, strategic pricing, comms and innovation strategy.
- Decides on brand proposals, concepts and activities to accomplish the intended positioning.
- Observes and communicates category news and trends internally and towards account.
- Steers trademark protection.
- Defines and oversees the time availability of products.
- Leads innovation pipeline to secure sustainable brand growth.
- Maps out marketing research strategies, develops plans to address deviations
- Represents region in governance body
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Professional in administrative or engineering careers
- 6 years of experience, half of them leading commercial teams.
- Sales experience.
- Experience or knowledge in sales and marketing areas of the automotive sector.
- High travel availability
