**What you will do**

CA Analytics and Insights Early Career Talent support LAC CA Organization in the development, maintenance, update, control and monitoring of analytic related initiatives and projects. Full involvement and control of complex mid to long-term projects for the CA Organization.

Position title: CA Analytics and Insights LAC - Early Career Talent

Location: Bogota, Colombia

Type of contract: Temporary

Duration: 6 months up to 24 months

The Early Career Talent will lead and manage analytical, reporting and insight projects, defining deliverables and providing insights in control and progress of the initiatives. Works on and/or ensures that goals and projects milestones are met.

Core tasks include:
Accountability:

- Business Acumen
- Responsible for delivery and control outcomes of assigned projects or areas of responsibility
- Support in administrative topics related to projects and initiatives of the LAC CA Organization.
- Deliver on time and with high quality deliverables as part of the initiatives of the LAC CA Organization.

Complexity:

- Contributes independently, resolves complex issues
- Works independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility
- Provides regular project status and updates
- Decisions/solutions can enhance essentially current and future design and strategy
- Involve several stakeholders from different internal organization to guarantee fully alignment.

**Experience**:

- Technical or business skills and special knowledge in one / several areas
- Experience in Analytical Projects.

Communication:

- Builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners
- Contributes actively to build common ground for cooperation
- Communicates clear and conveying processes & policies in a way that others can understand
- Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to cross functional colleagues & managers

**What you bring**

**Education**:

- Recent University graduate. Associates or bachelor’s degree
- Preferably a career in Business Administration or Engineering

Requirements and Experience:

- Maximum of 2 year of experience in the area
- Fluency in English needed
