**Responsibilities**:
- Contribute significantly to the development of Hylink analytical approach.
- Play a vital role in crafting analytics strategies for existing clients and offer measurement guidance for new business pitches.
- Distill complex data points, trends, and measurement strategies into concise and comprehensible information.
- Communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of analytics insights.
- Work closely with media planning and brand strategy teams to formulate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting methodologies that align with campaign and brand objectives
- Design and implement processing workflows for data aggregation, cleansing, and harmonization across diverse media platforms.
- Ensure efficiency and accuracy in data processing through well-established quality assurance protocols.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis
- Proven experience in building analytic approaches for diverse clients.
- Proficiency in digital metrics and analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
