Title and Summary
Manager Insights & Analytics Product Management
Role overview:
This role is part of the Insights and Analytics Regional Product Management team within our Latin America and Caribbean Countries / Region (LAC). This includes:
- Proactively search for knowledge, data and information to become more knowledgeable about the payments industry and ensure the quality of the analyses / solutions proposed and readiness of products being launched in the region
- Managing and support to drive the P&L for Insights, Analytics and Test and Learn products in LAC in close coordination with Regional Product Management VP and D&S business leads in the region.
- Driving forward the product innovation agenda and product road map
- Ensuring successful sales of the product through Mastercard’s sales teams
- Ensuring flawless delivery of the product and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships
- Contribute towards the development of analysis to support strategies for our clients

Role:
- Interface with Mastercard leadership across the organization to represent/promote Insights & Analytics products across LAC region building relationship with key regional stakeholders
- Provide expert sales support and ensure close partnership with the Sales team so they are fully equipped to sell the products, providing sales enablement materials/trainings and support when needed
- Ensure our solutions remain market leading/competitive
- Support regional products go to market and execute regional stakeholders´ review and assessment (including pricing committee discussions, partnerships support, Legal reviews)
- Execute needed product localization (like identify translations needs and coordinate vendor, identify local contents needs and review quality, identify content prioritization for the region) and assure product regional product quality and relevance for clients
- Support product new launch in the region: prepare the product for the launch with regional competitive analysis and research, support product awareness, identify users target and support technical onboarding

- Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency required
- Experience with product management and/or analytics products
- Experience in managing analytical assignments, results driven and strong business sense
- Strong project management skills
- Desire to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
- Strong collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams
- Strong communicator
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with peers and senior executives
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, ideally including both retail banking and payments
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
