**Lo que implica este trabajo**:
Como coordinador de los servicios soft y hard, trabajará con frecuencia con el cliente y los usuarios, por lo que deberá establecer relaciones sólidas con ellos. Del mismo modo, deberá ser proactivo y comprometido; y asegurarse de que las expectativas del cliente se cumplan en todo momento. También será la persona de referencia para cualquier inquietud relacionada con las instalaciones.

- ** Horario de trabajo**: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
- ** Modalidad de trabajo**: Presencial
**¿Cuál es tu día a día?**
- Control de las rutinas planificadas para cada proveedor.
- Armado de calendario anual de rutinas preventivas.
- Recepción y detección de solicitudes.
- Seguimiento de resolución de incidencias y cierre Recorridas mensuales de site.
- Análisis. Reporte y plan de acción Comunicación estratégica con integrantes del Consorcio y demás locatarios.
- Administrar, comprar, contratar, supervisar, hacer seguimiento de EPP, insumos de laboratorio, higiene y consumibles, etc.
- Elaboración y actualización mensual de reporte de gastos.
- Análisis de gastos, desvíos y pronósticos.
- Administracion y control de EPP.
- Soporte a auditorias de HSE y Anmat.
- Responsable de sistema LOTO.
- Gestión de documentos auditables.
- Control de insumos botiquín.
- Elaboración de reportes mensuales de operación en ingles.
- Colaboración en la elaboración del plan anual identificando gastos, contrataciones e intervenciones a incorporarse en el mismo.
- Elaborará un informe de recomendación sobre las estrategias de contratación de proveedores, y sugerirá acciones para optimizar contrataciones en los casos que sea posible, en los cuales se genere un ahorro en el gasto presupuestado.
- Determinación de oportunidades de mejoras, ahorros y propuestas
- Gestión y supervisión de entregables de las áreas de JLL, HR, HSE, Finance
- Apertura de puerta. Atento a timbre. Registro en planilla de firmas.
- Verificar documentación de proveedores en SICOP.
- Gestión de documentación faltante.
- Gestión de reservas de remises y envíos.
- Seguimiento, cancelaciones, modificaciones.
- Gestión de cocheras de cortesía.
- Administrar, comprar, contratar, supervisar, hacer seguimiento de insumos de librería, de oficina, de bazar.
- Solicitud de servicio semanal de lavado de guardapolvos.
- Seguimiento y control final gestión de servicio de retiro de residuos especiales y reciclables
- Supervisar el desempeño de los proveedores
**Experiência y habilidades técnicas deseadas**
- Diploma en Arquitectura, Ingeniería o Técnico
- 3 años de experiência en instalaciones, administración de propiedades, hospitalidad, laboratorios o campos relacionados.
- Es valorado el conocimiento de los requisitos locales de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, las instalaciones críticas y la gestión de proveedores de servicios especializados.
- Es valorado comprender los aspectos técnicos básicos de la propiedad (aire acondicionado de la sala de computadoras, sistema de refrigeración, sistema de protección contra incendios, sistema mecánico y eléctrico).
- Dominio de una variedad de herramientas y plataformas de tecnología de la información. Competente en MS Office y MS Share Point
- Inglés: intermedio es valorado.
