**Things to know upfront.**
- Full-time, fully remote position, working in US timezone.
- You will be hired as an LATAM Employee (not a contractor)
- You will be working directly with the VP HR (Australia-based) - you must be able to accommodate work in Australian-friendly hours.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to support Tier 11's growth
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and coordinate onboarding and offboarding
- Partner with the VP of HR to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of a performance management system
- Assist in the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and regulations, and mitigate potential HR risks
- Support the development and implementation of DEI strategies and programs
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to inform strategic decision-making
- Coordinate employee well-being and wellness initiatives
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive organizational efficiency
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance Tier 11's employer brand and employee experience

- 3-5+ years of HR experience, preferably in remote or hybrid environments
