We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **HR Assistant **to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team to support our HR operations.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will work closely with our HR team to handle various administrative and generalist tasks, including payroll processing, record-keeping, basic employee inquiries and other HR-related functions.
Your overarching goal is to contribute to the creation of a supportive and harmonious work environment for our employees by ensuring the seamless operation of HR processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Records Administration: Maintain and update HR records and databases, including personnel profiles, attendance, and other HR-related documentation.
- Employee Relations: Responsible for the onboarding and offboarding process, including coordination with the accounting team on exiting employees.
- Employee Relations: Handle basic employee inquiries and address minor workplace issues, fostering a positive employee experience.
- Payroll Processing: Support payroll processing, particularly timekeeping, address basic employee payroll inquiries, and maintain payroll records.
- General HR Support: Serves as the primary contact person of employees. Perform other administrative duties, such as but not limited to: creating departmental reports, taking minutes of the meeting, providing a wide range of support regarding HR policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (preferred).
- Must be based in Colombia.
- Advanced English language skills (both written and verbal communication)
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws (a plus).
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
