We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated **HR Assistant **to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team to support our HR operations.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Assistant, will work closely with our HR team to handle various administrative and generalist tasks, including payroll processing, record-keeping, basic employee inquiries and other HR-related functions.
Your overarching goal is to contribute to the creation of a supportive and harmonious work environment for our employees by ensuring the seamless operation of HR processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Payroll Processing:
- Support payroll processing, with a focus on timekeeping and addressing basic employee payroll inquiries.
- Maintain accurate payroll records.
- Records Administration:
- Maintain and update HR records and databases, including personnel profiles, attendance, and other HR-related documentation.
- Employee Relations:
- Contributing to the development of contracts and managing the Colombian affiliations process.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process, coordinating with the accounting team on existing employees.
- Address basic employee inquiries and minor workplace issues to foster a positive employee experience.
- General HR Support:
- Act as the primary contact for employees, demonstrating an HR personality in providing services.
- Perform administrative duties such as creating departmental reports, taking meeting minutes, and providing support on HR policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Must be based in Colombia.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field (preferred).
- Advanced English language skills (both written and verbal communication)
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on payroll and benefits (mandatory).
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of the organization.
- You are someone who enjoys talking to people (:
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws (a plus).
