- **Remote work: 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, from 10AM to 2PM CDT.**:

**Compensation**:

- **First Month: UNPAID internship to provide a training period and assess fit.**:

- Following Months: Salary plus commission, with total compensation ranging from $150 to $200, depending on performance and sales generated. There is potential for salary increases based on outstanding performance.

**Position Overview**:
Hexa PM is seeking a dynamic and motivated SalesIntern to join our team. The Sales Intern will work closely with our prospect team to support various initiatives aimed at promoting our services and generating leads

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the global sales team to develop and implement sales and strategies tailored to specific regions and target markets.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Hexa PM's services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Engage with customers through active listening, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing accurate information about Hexa PM's services.
- Support the global sales team in developing and executing lead generation campaigns, taking into account cultural nuances and market differences.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using our CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the global sales team, including data entry, file management, and scheduling virtual meetings across multiple time zones.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English and Spanish**.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field, adaptable to different cultural and business contexts.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
